Diligent is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager (German-speaking) to drive pipeline acceleration and revenue impact across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Based in Munich with a hybrid model (50% office-based), you will partner closely with DACH Sales leadership, SDR/BDR teams, and central Demand Generation to execute field marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
**Pipeline Acceleration & Conversion**
- Own regional targets for opportunity progression and bookings in partnership with DACH Sales leadership
- Design and run Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs for top target accounts, aligning outreach, content, and events to buying committees
- Execute strategic events, webinars, and opportunity-acceleration programs that move engaged accounts through the funnel
- Develop targeted campaigns that create qualified opportunities for the sales team
**Sales Partnership & Execution**
- Work hands-on with Sales to identify high-potential accounts and design go-to-market motions
- Coordinate field activities, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives across the region
- Provide data-driven insights on campaign performance and pipeline impact
- Collaborate with central marketing teams on demand generation strategy and execution
**Measurement & Optimization**
- Track and report on key metrics: pipeline generated, conversion rates, bookings influenced, and ROI
- Use analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and program design
- Continuously optimize field marketing activities based on sales feedback and performance data
You thrive on direct partnership with sales, turning marketing activity into measurable revenue results. This role requires strong execution discipline, regional market knowledge, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign delivery. German language fluency is essential.
