UiPath is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to operate as a strategic business partner supporting three senior members of GTM leadership. This role goes beyond calendar management to focus on anticipating needs, synthesizing context across functions, and driving organizational alignment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, understanding their priorities deeply enough to make judgment calls on their behalf. Represent executives' voices and priorities in cross-functional settings, building sufficient trust and context to speak for them when needed. Anticipate needs across three distinct leadership agendas and proactively manage competing priorities. Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with executives and their teams to keep initiatives, operational rhythms, and communications moving. Track action items and accountability to ensure important follow-ups don't fall through the cracks. Serve as a connective layer across organizations, surfacing issues and driving alignment. Own complex, high-visibility logistics including leadership offsites, all-hands meetings, and org-wide events. Hold people accountable across all organizational levels, using judgment to know when to nudge, wait, or escalate. AI-Enabled Efficiency: Actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline scheduling, communications, research, and prep work. Build lightweight systems and templates using AI to improve how the exec team and broader organization operate. Model modern ways of working for the broader EA community. Executive Support: Manage complex, high-stakes calendars for three senior executives with different working styles and global stakeholders. Coordinate domestic and international travel with high judgment and discretion. Oversee expenses, budgets, and purchasing reflecting business priorities. Team & Culture: Partner with the broader EA community to ensure consistency and strong coverage. Act as a mentor to junior EAs, sharing best practices and modern tools. Serve as a senior, trusted presence for the Bellevue location. Space Planning: Own the Bellevue office seat map, tracking open seats and assigning seats to new hires. Partner with IT to keep location information current. Understand team dynamics and allocate seats to support how teams work. Partner with the internship program PM to seat interns appropriately. Requirements: - 8–12+ years supporting senior executives (VP+), ideally across more than one function or business unit - Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic partner—not just a scheduler—to senior leadership - Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve personal and team productivity - Experience supporting global teams and comfort working early hours to overlap with India and/or Europe - Exceptional judgment, discretion, and business acumen; able to represent executives credibly with minimal oversight - Proven experience planning and executing high-visibility events, offsites, and leadership meetings - Ability to context-switch fluidly across three different functions and leadership styles
