Camber builds software to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare by streamlining manual work so clinicians can focus on patient care. The company has raised $50M from top-tier investors including a16z, Craft Ventures, and Y Combinator. You will own Camber's event marketing strategy and be measured on the pipeline generated. The role involves managing a ~$700,000 annual budget across conferences, sponsorships, and executive dinners targeting CFOs, COOs, and revenue cycle leaders at large multi-site ABA, physical therapy, and ENT operators, as well as their backing private equity firms. Key responsibilities: - Build annual and quarterly event plans aligned with named enterprise accounts and PE sponsors - Manage budget, reforecast quarterly, and recommend allocation adjustments - Negotiate sponsorships and vendor contracts - Create target lists for events and secure account executive commitment - Produce conferences, executive dinners, and invite-only gatherings - Manage follow-up processes to ensure every conversation has an owner and next step - Track event data in HubSpot and report ROI at 1, 4, and 16 weeks - Build business cases for owned events - Travel 25-30% of the time, primarily during conference season You'll work closely with the enterprise sales team, SDR, and GTM systems lead. The role is based in NYC with hybrid flexibility (3-5 days/week in office, with Fridays remote-friendly). REQUIREMENTS: - 5-8 years of event, field, or ABM marketing experience at B2B companies with long sales cycles to executives - Owned an event budget of $500,000 or more and can demonstrate ROI - Understanding of sourced vs. influenced pipeline and experience being measured on both - Ability to build campaigns and reports in HubSpot or Salesforce - Experience running dinners, roundtables, or invite-only programs for senior buyers - Daily use of AI for list building, research, and follow-up - Strong written communication skills for briefs and post-event readouts - Comfort with 25-30% travel NICE TO HAVE: - Healthcare or revenue cycle experience - Experience marketing to private equity firms or portfolio companies - Track record building owned events from scratch
