Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager to join its legal team in London, supporting the EMEA region. This role is central to executing Cloudflare's day-to-day compliance operations and building next-generation compliance systems that leverage AI to scale routine tasks. Key responsibilities include managing Cloudflare's internal investigations program—handling case files, conducting witness interviews, collecting documentation, and drafting reports. You will help design and implement policies and controls to protect customers and employees while meeting legal obligations. The role involves administering the conflict of interest disclosure process, reviewing employee conflicts and gift/entertainment requests, and assisting with compliance training and education program design, including regional content creation and effectiveness measurement. You will execute the company's integrity and compliance communications strategy within the EMEA region and project-manage cross-functional compliance initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with the legal team to support agility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
