As Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, you will own the end-to-end customer success journey for enterprise accounts post-sale. Your primary responsibilities include driving customer adoption and value realization, acting as a strategic advisor on AI and CX transformation initiatives, identifying and executing account expansion opportunities across new use cases and teams, and coordinating cross-functional implementation teams to ensure smooth deployments.
You will translate complex product capabilities into clear business impact through success planning, executive reporting, and strategic storytelling. You'll manage relationships across technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the customer lifecycle. This role requires balancing implementation oversight with proactive account growth—identifying expansion opportunities and developing growth plans that deepen customer relationships.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of enterprise customer success, consulting, or account management experience, with a proven track record of driving strategic value in complex digital transformation environments. You should demonstrate strong project and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities for both technical and executive audiences, and genuine curiosity about AI and automation. Native or bilingual German proficiency and fluent English are required for this CEE-focused role.
