Signifyd is a fraud prevention and e-commerce payments platform trusted by thousands of merchants across 100+ countries. The company processes billions of transactions annually and is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead strategic relationships with high-value accounts in the LATAM region, based in São Paulo, Brazil.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, combining deep product expertise in fraud, e-commerce, and payments with business acumen to help customers optimize their performance and achieve their strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include: managing strategic account relationships and ensuring alignment between customer business goals and Signifyd's platform capabilities; conducting regular onsite visits to maintain strong stakeholder relationships; leveraging platform knowledge to advise on best practices and product optimization; identifying expansion opportunities and closing renewals; coordinating cross-functional resources to resolve account issues swiftly; developing business review collateral and presenting to executive teams; and representing the company at industry events.
You'll collaborate closely with Risk, Product, Implementation, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires 5+ years of customer success or account management experience in a technology environment, with preferred background in e-commerce, fraud, or payments. You must be fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus), with strong analytical and presentation skills, experience managing complex accounts, and proficiency with data tools (GSuite, Excel, Looker). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable with AI tools.
