Salary: GBP 220,000 - 260,000 / annual

You will join a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on moving Honeycomb deeper into the Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 space. This role is built for experienced enterprise closers who excel at navigating complex, multi-threaded deals in the $500K–$1M+ ACV range.
Key responsibilities include owning and driving 6–12+ month sales cycles with large enterprises, building strategic relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership, and selling consultatively with deep understanding of customer business and technical landscapes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to shape tailored deals, deliver predictable pipeline growth, and exceed quota targets. You'll also represent Honeycomb at industry events and executive briefings.
You bring 7+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling experience, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure. You have a proven track record closing $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees, strong executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders, and deep expertise in discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling. You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and are familiar with enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
