Circuit Mind is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic go-to-market efforts selling AI-native electronics development software to major engineering organizations. You will own the complete sales cycle for named strategic accounts—from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demonstrations, procurement navigation, and close—targeting Director, VP, and C-level leaders across Engineering, Product Development, R&D, Technology, Cybersecurity, IT, and Finance.
Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders, executing complex consultative deals in the $600k–$700k+ range, and developing deep technical understanding of the Circuit Mind platform to navigate objections with electronics engineers. You'll collaborate with leadership to refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, and serve as a voice of the customer back to product teams, influencing roadmap decisions based on customer feedback.
Travel to customer sites is expected 30–50% of the time to work alongside engineering, technical, and leadership teams.
Required qualifications include extensive enterprise sales experience in EDA/ECAD or adjacent engineering software, proven success closing six and seven-figure deals with formal procurement and security reviews, strong discovery and consultative selling skills, and deep understanding of electronic design and development principles. You should be comfortable incorporating AI and agentic workflows into your sales approach.
The company will also consider exceptional candidates from alternative backgrounds: engineering leaders (Manager/Director/VP level in electronics or hardware) or electronics engineers with strong interest in transitioning to enterprise sales.
Nice-to-have qualifications include existing Director/VP relationships in major electronics development organizations, experience in companies under 200 people, familiarity with regulated environments (ITAR, export control, functional safety), and hands-on experience with ECAD tools such as Cadence, Altium, or Siemens.
This role reports directly to the CEO and offers early-stage equity alongside base compensation.
