Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) specializing in CI/CD and Developer Productivity Engineering. The role focuses on strengthening engineering delivery pipelines, code quality automation, and developer workflows across the Reltio platform.
You will own the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Argo CD. Key responsibilities include improving pull-request validation, build performance, deployment reliability, and pipeline observability. You'll build reusable pipeline templates and shared libraries to standardize engineering workflows, support GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments, and implement secure credential and permission management.
A significant portion of the role involves SonarQube integration and code quality governance. You will integrate SonarQube analysis and quality gates into Bitbucket pull requests and Jenkins pipelines, enable developer-local analysis workflows, maintain quality profiles and rule configurations, and troubleshoot analysis failures and false positives. You'll also manage Codecov integration with automated test pipelines, configure coverage upload and reporting, and define practical coverage governance.
Engineering enablement is central to success. You will create dashboards and reporting for build health, pipeline duration, quality-gate outcomes, and coverage trends. You'll partner with QE, development, DevOps, and security teams to drive adoption, resolve issues, and document standards. The role emphasizes automating repetitive maintenance and enabling self-service troubleshooting for developers.
Reltio's Context Intelligence Platform turns fragmented data into trusted, connected context for AI agents and systems to act with expert-level judgment at enterprise scale. - Strong Jenkins experience: declarative pipelines, shared libraries, agents, parallel execution, credentials, and troubleshooting
- Practical Argo CD and GitOps experience with Kubernetes deployments, synchronization, drift detection, and rollback
- Hands-on SonarQube administration/integration: scanners, quality gates, quality profiles, PR decoration, and local developer analysis
- Experience integrating Codecov or equivalent coverage reporting with CI, including coverage artifacts, status checks, and coverage thresholds
- Scripting or programming proficiency in Python, Bash, Java, or Groovy; ability to debug build and test tooling
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker/container builds, Linux, networking, secrets management, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
