In this hybrid role (3 days/week in Denver), you will lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for enterprise customers, designing and building tailored solutions using the monday.com AI work platform, agentic workflows, and advanced automation capabilities.
You will own the full customer lifecycle: conducting discovery to uncover business outcomes, consulting on process design and organizational workflow optimization, designing sophisticated workflows and data structures within the platform, and managing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You'll act as both a technical builder and project manager—configuring integrations, leveraging AI tools to accelerate solution design, and running training sessions and webinars to drive customer adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation engagements independently and collaborating with deployment strategists and engineers on larger projects
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful solution adoption across customer organizations
- Designing business process improvements and mapping how work flows through customer organizations
- Actively using monday AI and external generative/agentic AI tools to deliver intelligent workflows
- Managing project timelines, scope, and budgets on standalone engagements
- Producing documentation and exit artifacts that enable customers to operate and extend solutions independently
- Advocating for customer needs and influencing product development
- Contributing reusable patterns and assets back to the shared library
- Traveling up to 20% of the time for customer engagements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software
- Proven experience leading software implementation or managed services projects with hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management platforms
- Fluency in generative and agentic AI tools with strong understanding of leveraging AI for work productivity and intelligent workflows
- Familiarity with AI reliability in production environments, including human review, output validation, and knowing when deterministic automation is preferable
- Strong problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and understanding of relational data structures
- Business process design and consulting experience with ability to frame engagements around customer outcomes
- Working knowledge of integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier) sufficient to configure lightweight integrations; foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and MCP a plus
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; ability to establish credibility with executives and articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies across diverse customers and industries
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; comfortable running multiple engagements independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication, positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and adaptability
- BA or BS degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
