Blitzy is an AI software development platform transforming how enterprises build software by autonomously executing 80% of software development work. The company is backed by tier-1 investors and counts Fortune 500 companies among its customer base.
The Senior Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and delivering professional services engagements, acting as the liaison between the services and sales organization. You will ensure seamless execution of customer projects while maintaining clear communication and alignment with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Run several concurrent customer engagements end-to-end: kickoff, delivery planning, milestone tracking, status cadence, and handoff to steady-state adoption
- Build engagement plans collaboratively with customers—defining scope, sequencing, success measures, and responsibilities on both sides
- Maintain honest scope, timeline, and resourcing; flag slippage early with recommendations, not just problems
- Partner with Sales counterparts from initial scoping conversations to ensure what gets sold matches what gets delivered
- Drive customer enablement and adoption: run training sessions, address skepticism, and move usage beyond pilot teams
- Track and report customer outcomes; convert successes into references and case studies
- Feed delivery patterns, friction points, and feature gaps back to Product and FDE teams
This is a strategic, cross-functional role that partners closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, FDE, and Product teams on campaigns, programs, and content.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years delivering technical programs or professional services engagements, ideally at a consultancy, SI, or software/cloud vendor
- Comfortable with software delivery details: architecture, environments, CI/CD, security and governance reviews; hands-on engineering or technical PM experience is a plus
- Track record running engagements under both agile and waterfall models without letting process become the focus
- Credible with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders; able to hold difficult conversations while maintaining relationships
- Practical experience with AI coding agents and AI-native development tooling, or clear evidence of rapid technology adoption
- Clear written and verbal communication; status updates people trust; plans people follow
- Experience introducing new categories of tooling into large enterprises (preferred)
- Background scaling delivery practices at early-stage companies (preferred)
