ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to Global HR Business Partners and Global Employment Law Teams. This role combines employee relations expertise with cross-functional HR leadership to drive consistency, improve employee experience, and support organizational initiatives across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: - Coach managers and HRBPs through performance management situations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation, providing guidance on best practices - Lead and manage employee relations investigations in partnership with the Global Employment Law team - Oversee the ER case management system to ensure global consistency and data integrity - Support implementation of consistent global ER processes, including training and case management tools - Partner with HRBPs and Employment Law to drive performance management initiatives and improve employee experience - Provide objective insights on employee relations matters to ensure consistency across the organization - Act as liaison between HRBPs and global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align HR programs with business needs - Provide HR policy, process, and program advice to HRBPs and managers - Drive communication and sharing of best practices across the HRBP team - Support major HR initiatives including organization reviews, performance management processes, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce reductions - Lead learning and development initiatives and provide diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIBs) insights - Identify process improvements and build documentation for global scalability - Complete ad-hoc projects and reporting as required Requirements: - 5+ years of experience handling a variety of employee relations issues, from performance improvement to full investigations - Understanding of the EMEA region with familiarity of country-specific employment laws and requirements - Bachelor's degree; employment law experience or advanced certification preferred - Experience with Works Councils, Unions, and/or Labor Relations - Ability to maintain objectivity when handling sensitive allegations - Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends and action items - Ability to manage time and workload while juggling conflicting priorities - Knowledge of HR programs and processes (performance management, workforce planning, talent management, employment laws) - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations - Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills, sense of humor, empathy, and passion for people
