Braze is seeking a Senior Email Deliverability Consultant to join its customer-facing deliverability team in Paris. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise and mid-market customers to provide reporting, best practices, and strategic recommendations to improve their email programs and maximize their use of the Braze platform.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers with paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements. Your day-to-day work includes providing fundamental deliverability support, managing and prioritizing incoming support tickets, conducting in-depth investigations and audits of customer email sending practices, and helping customers resolve issues with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP relationships.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with IP warming schedules and monitoring progress, analyzing individual customer email metrics to improve sending reputation, providing in-depth performance analysis to ensure continuous improvement, and developing long-term strategic deliverability plans for high-touch, high-visibility brands. You will also take an active role in strategic projects that help mature processes, enhance product offerings, build thought leadership, and support customer education initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth teams to develop and iterate on strategies that improve both customer outcomes and internal team efficiency. This is a customer-facing role where you will serve as a polished, articulate ambassador for both the deliverability team and Braze as a whole.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-4 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an Email Service Provider (ESP), agency, or large brand
- Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills
- Well-versed in industry best practices for email deliverability
- Demonstrated success in identifying and remediating deliverability issues
- Ability to present complex deliverability information in a meaningful, consumable format to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; polished and articulate communication style
