Relativity Space is building advanced rockets and manufacturing systems to serve commercial and exploration missions. As Senior EHS Program Manager, you will lead the development and scaling of enterprise-wide Environmental Health and Safety management systems across all Relativity sites and programs. You will be responsible for building and implementing comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. This includes developing health and safety minimum standards, standard operating procedures, specifications, and policies that apply consistently across all sites and programs. A core part of this role involves designing, building, and managing EHS data systems and analytics platforms in close coordination with the Enterprise Applications team. You will lead requirements definition and implementation of EHS data infrastructure using BigQuery, Confluence, Jira, Power BI, and other data warehouse systems. You'll develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems that provide actionable insights on EHS performance, trends, and risks, leveraging modern tools including AI/ML capabilities to enhance data analysis and decision-making. You will serve as the strategic lead for enterprise EHS program development, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This requires partnering cross-functionally with site EHS teams, engineering, operations, and IT to implement scalable programs that maintain consistency while accommodating site-specific needs. This is a strategic role combining deep EHS technical knowledge with modern data analytics and program management capabilities. You'll work in a fast-moving aerospace/manufacturing environment where autonomy, ownership, and impact are valued at every level.
