Snowflake is seeking a Senior Customer Activation Manager to embed education and training directly into the account motion for strategic customers in Japan and Korea. This role bridges the gap between sales enablement and customer success, operating with significant autonomy to drive measurable consumption outcomes and accelerate time-to-value for enterprise accounts.
You will own education relationships with a defined set of strategic accounts across both markets, developing account-level learning plans in partnership with account teams and regional delivery resources. You'll engage early in deal cycles to scope education packages that reduce friction and accelerate customer confidence. A critical part of this role is localizing and adapting global curriculum content to resonate with enterprise audiences in Japan and Korea, ensuring training delivery style and instructional framing align with cultural expectations.
You will synthesize customer feedback and patterns—common customization requests, knowledge gaps, support themes—and feed structured intelligence back to the global curriculum and enablement organization on a regular cadence. You'll also gather ongoing feedback from regional partners and field stakeholders, producing quarterly "Voice of the Japan and Korea Partner" reports that inform GRE strategies and shape global content roadmaps.
Additionally, you'll identify education-adjacent expansion signals, flagging upsell opportunities and translating high support volume or onboarding bottlenecks into actionable account intelligence for the broader go-to-market team. You'll build credibility with Japan and Korea field teams, positioning education as part of core account strategy rather than a transactional add-on. You'll also scale and execute global partner enablement initiatives by managing regional delivery cadences, maintaining scheduling visibility, and leading strategic program pilots.
This is a cornerstone role for the Global Revenue Enablement organization in both Japan and Korea, requiring deep market knowledge, fluency in business-level Japanese (hard requirement), and ideally Korean language skills. You must understand enterprise Japan dynamics, have experience selling or enabling large Japanese enterprises, and know how to build trust in this market. You operate independently with a manager based regionally but not locally, and you thrive as a cross-functional collaborator working with account executives, solutions engineers, customer success managers, and delivery teams.
