You will lead the Revenue Accounting & Order to Cash function as a hands-on Senior Director reporting to senior finance leadership. This role owns both the technical revenue accounting function and the end-to-end billing and collections operation, with responsibility to build the team, systems, and controls that enable scaling with precision.
Revenue Accounting & Technical Ownership: You are the company's authority on ASC 606 revenue recognition across SaaS, professional services, and fund administration revenue streams. You will own revenue policy, standalone selling price methodology, and internal controls. You'll handle complex arrangements including multi-element deals, variable/usage-based fees, tiered billing, and contract modifications. You'll lead the revenue close on a five business day cadence, managing deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, unbilled receivables, and capitalized commissions. You'll defend technical positions with external auditors, partner with FP&A on revenue forecasting, and support acquisition integration including purchase accounting.
Billing, Collections & Order to Cash: You own the end-to-end order to cash cycle—billing operations, daily cash application, AR aging, and collections across US, Canadian, Indian, and Luxembourg entities. You'll partner with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Legal to manage commercial terms for new business, renewals, amendments, and expansions. You'll scale complex billing operations (tiered pricing, usage-based charges, true-ups, multi-year escalators) to match transaction volume growth without sacrificing accuracy. You'll ensure clean handling of complex invoices and credit memos, own DSO as a key KPI, manage credit risk and customer account health, and own operating metrics including collection effectiveness and billing error rates.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you set policy, defend technical positions, and stay close enough to detail to own hard judgments yourself. You'll lead a team across revenue and billing, and partner closely with Deal Desk, FP&A, Fund Administration, and Customer Experience.
