ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead strategy, execution, and growth for its fintech product suite. This high-ownership role combines product leadership with business ownership, requiring someone who can connect payments infrastructure to P&L outcomes, structure partnerships with processors and lenders, and drive cross-functional alignment.
You will own the complete product roadmap for ServiceTitan's fintech offerings, including Money-In solutions (payments, Tap to Pay, Pay by Bank, consumer financing) and Money-Out solutions (Payables, Business and Fuel Cards). Your responsibilities span product strategy, product development and execution, commercial partnerships, cross-functional leadership, and compliance/risk management.
Key responsibilities include: developing the fintech product roadmap balancing near-term execution with multi-year vision; leading the evolution from checks to digital payments; making strategic build/buy/partner decisions for Money-Out products; analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities; leading product teams to build payments and embedded finance solutions; partnering with Engineering on technical architecture; defining and tracking success metrics; cultivating relationships with fintech partners (gateways, processors, banks, lenders); collaborating with Business Development on strategic partnerships; negotiating commercial agreements; acting as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Compliance, and Finance; driving customer acquisition and product adoption; building executive alignment; ensuring regulatory compliance; implementing risk management strategies; and reporting portfolio performance to leadership.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years leading teams in fintech, payments, or embedded finance in high-growth SaaS/technology environments; deep domain knowledge of the payments ecosystem (gateways, processors, interchange economics, network rules, merchant acquisition); proven track record managing complex commercial partnerships with financial institutions; P&L accountability or GM-level business ownership experience; strong cross-functional leadership skills; exceptional communication and executive presence; strategic vision paired with execution ability in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; genuine passion for the trades and ServiceTitan's mission. MBA or advanced degree from a top program is a plus.
