Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Data and AI Security portfolio, including Data Security and AI Security Posture Management (AISPM). This portfolio was acquired through the Securiti AI acquisition and represents a strategic priority as Veeam builds out data and AI trust capabilities.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the connective tissue between market opportunity, engineering execution, and executive strategy. You will set direction for the data security and AISPM product team, represent product strategy in executive-level conversations, and translate strategy into a roadmap the broader organization can rally behind.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the Data and AI Security portfolio and adjacent data access governance capabilities
- Leading and developing the product management team supporting this portfolio, setting clear goals and raising the bar on execution
- Translating company strategy into a prioritized roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact across a recently acquired product line
- Representing product strategy directly to the CEO and executive team with clear, data-driven narratives
- Partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment from concept to launch
- Owning pricing, packaging, and go-to-market input for the data and AI security product line
- Bringing a strong point of view on the data security posture management and AI governance competitive landscape to inform roadmap decisions
This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role requiring someone who can move fast and make sound calls independently. You will need 10+ years in product management with meaningful time leading product teams, deep expertise in data security or AI governance, and a track record of successfully scaling product organizations.
