Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Data and AI Security portfolio, including Data Security and AI Security Posture Management (AISPM). This strategic product line was acquired through the Securiti AI acquisition and represents a key growth area as Veeam expands its data and AI trust capabilities. In this high-visibility, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the CEO, you will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the data and AI security business. You'll act as the connective tissue between market opportunity, engineering execution, and executive strategy, setting direction for the product management team and translating company strategy into a prioritized roadmap that balances customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Key responsibilities include: leading and developing the product management team supporting this portfolio; translating strategy into a roadmap the broader organization can rally behind; representing product strategy directly to the CEO and executive team with data-driven narratives; partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales leadership; owning pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for the data and AI security product line; and developing a strong point of view on the competitive landscape to inform roadmap decisions. You'll bring 10+ years of product management experience with meaningful time leading product teams. Direct experience in data security, data access governance, cloud security posture management (CSPM/CIEM), or AI governance/security is required. You should have a track record owning product strategy for a security or data governance platform, ideally in a company that scaled or was acquired. You're comfortable operating with high autonomy, reporting directly to executive leadership, and presenting to a CEO with minimal hand-holding. Strong analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment are essential. A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience is required. Bonus qualifications include experience integrating acquired product lines into larger platforms, platform and integrations product management expertise (RBAC, MFA, API-level access controls), and a mix of startup and enterprise experience. Veeam offers unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays including 4 global VeeaMe Days, 24 paid volunteer hours annually, paid parental leave (8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents), medical/dental/vision coverage starting day one, mental health support, 401(k) with company matching, fertility/adoption/surrogacy support, and professional development opportunities through LinkedIn Learning and O'Reilly.
