Spring Health is a global mental health platform on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental health care. The company operates an AI-native platform delivering personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care, reaching over 170 million people worldwide through employers, health plans, and partners. Reporting to the VP of Product, Care Innovation, you will define and execute the multi-year product vision, strategy, and operating model for the Care Foundations group. This encompasses claims and eligibility, member billing and collections, provider lifecycle management, and provider pay and incentives—foundational operational platforms critical to the company's mission. Key responsibilities include leading the long-term vision and roadmap across servicing automation, claims, billing, and provider compensation; managing and developing a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Leaders; serving as the product owner for foundational operational platforms in senior leadership forums; and driving AI and automation initiatives to optimize workflows and increase resolution velocity. You will scale AI-driven servicing platforms and conversational automation across member and provider support channels, modernize claims rules and eligibility capabilities, evolve global billing and payment infrastructure, and oversee end-to-end provider platform experiences from onboarding through complex compensation models. You will build strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance; institutionalize high-velocity experimentation and data-rigorous decision-making; and continuously evaluate organizational structures to increase team leverage. Success is measured by exceeding operational KPIs while reducing cost-to-serve, increasing automated resolution velocity and first-contact resolution rates, elevating member and provider NPS across workflows, improving clean claims percentages and reducing processing cycle times, and successfully coaching Product Managers into strategic, autonomous leaders. The role is hybrid based in New York City (60 Madison Avenue), with expectations to be in office 2–3 days per week. Candidates must be based in the NYC metro area or able to relocate within 90 days. Occasional travel for team on-sites and quarterly travel to company headquarters is required.
