Spring Health is a global mental health platform on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental health care. The company operates an AI-native platform delivering personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care, reaching over 170 million people through employers, health plans, and partners.
Reporting to the VP of Product, Care Innovation, you will define and execute the multi-year product vision, strategy, and operating model for the Care Foundations group. This encompasses claims and eligibility, member billing and collections, provider lifecycle management, and provider pay and incentives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading long-term vision and multi-year product strategy across servicing automation, claims, billing, provider lifecycle, and provider compensation
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Leaders, establishing standards for strategic ownership and cross-functional influence
- Serving as product owner for foundational operational platforms and representing this portfolio in senior leadership forums
- Driving AI and automation initiatives to optimize operational workflows, increase resolution velocity, and streamline member and provider support
- Scaling AI-driven servicing platforms and conversational automation across support channels
- Modernizing claims rules, real-time eligibility capabilities, and denial management systems to reduce friction and optimize cost-to-serve
- Evolving global and domestic member billing and payment infrastructure for transparent, flexible financial experiences
- Overseeing end-to-end provider platform experiences from onboarding through complex compensation models
- Building cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance
- Institutionalizing experimentation, user research, and data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Evaluating organizational structures and resource allocation to increase team leverage
Success metrics include exceeding operational KPIs, reducing cost-to-serve, increasing automated resolution velocity and first-contact resolution rates, elevating member and provider NPS, improving clean claims percentages, and developing Product Managers into strategic leaders.
The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco with expectations to be in office 2–3 days per week at 44 Montgomery Street. Quarterly travel to company headquarters is required.
