ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director of Pricing Operations Transformation to lead the operational execution of pricing proposals and new commercial models from approval through implementation and launch. This role bridges strategic leadership with hands-on execution, serving as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities include translating new commercial models and offers into clear business requirements for product setup, configuration, pricing, quoting, entitlements, and usage tracking systems. You will work cross-functionally with IT partners to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure acceptance. The role involves supporting the enablement of commercial functions including Sales, Deal Desk, Customers, and Commercial Operations teams.
You will develop, track, and report on project plans for execution from strategy through operationalization, following established governance processes. A significant focus is identifying opportunities to drive productivity for the commercial operations team across the entire process end-to-end, including implementing creative solutions leveraging AI and citizen-developed capabilities.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of experience driving operationalization of new offers and commercial models in the SaaS industry, with demonstrated expertise in business process areas covering product/pricing setup, configuration, pricing, quoting, billing, entitlements, and usage tracking. You must have successfully led high-performing teams through complex, cross-functional process and system transformation projects, translating strategic decisions into operational business requirements. Experience collaborating effectively with business and IT teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments is essential, along with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
