Scopely is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Performance to lead the Product Performance team for a high-profile unannounced AAA mobile game in Shanghai on a hybrid basis. You will own the operating model connecting business targets, player insights, live operations, experimentation, and cross-functional execution. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and develop the Product Performance team with accountability for business performance, live operations strategy, product growth, and data-informed iteration • Own revenue forecasting, KPI targets, performance reporting, and executive business reviews in partnership with the Head of Product and General Manager • Set live operations strategy and oversee execution of the calendar across events, offers, limited-time content, and in-game communications • Define the game's learning agenda and partner with Analytics, User Research, and cross-functional teams to prioritize analyses and research • Drive monetization optimization by identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, and overseeing experimentation • Partner with Roadmap Product Management, Creative, and Production to ensure live-service needs inform product development • Connect in-game performance and live operations with Marketing and Community to drive coordinated growth across the player lifecycle • Operate as a senior game leader, influencing product strategy and execution across the organization Required qualifications: • Director-level leadership experience on a scaled, top-performing mobile free-to-play game • Deep product knowledge and genre experience with character-collection RPGs or adjacent genres • Experience leading and developing senior individual contributors or people managers • Experience leading live operations strategy and execution, including calendars, events, offers, and in-game communications • Experience owning revenue forecasts, KPI targets, performance reporting, and business reviews • Experience launching a major game and transitioning it into live operations • Strong analytical and financial fluency to turn complex player and business signals into clear decisions • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, including influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority • Fluent English and willingness to travel regularly Bonus: Mandarin proficiency, experience with external developers or co-development partnerships, and experience collaborating across Chinese and Western game-development teams.
