Alice is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead the productization and scaling of Trust & Safety solutions for the AI era. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming bespoke moderation workflows and investigation methodologies into repeatable, data-driven product offerings that empower global enterprises to deploy agentic safety systems at scale.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value Trust & Safety workflows within Big Tech environments and architecting their transformation into scalable, standardized products. Working closely with the VP Product and Professional Services teams, you will capture domain expertise and embed it into the core Alice product suite, ensuring the next generation of AI safety is both automated and enterprise-ready.
Key responsibilities include: developing productization strategy to transform complex service-based operations into revenue-generating products; maintaining Alice's data assets as a durable differentiation strategy across offerings; leading the product roadmap for transitioning manual and basic-automated moderation to agentic systems capable of autonomous investigation and enforcement; designing offerings specifically for the infrastructure and policy requirements of platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok; and delivering on bespoke projects while learning from existing and new incoming work.
You will need strategic product leadership experience scaling 1-to-N product growth with focus on repeatability and efficiency. Deep understanding of Trust & Safety ecosystems, policy constraints, and operational friction points within major platforms is essential. Strong conceptual and practical understanding of LLM-driven agents for content moderation and investigations is required. You must combine high-level strategic thinking with technical depth to ensure product feasibility, and excel at distilling complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives for Fortune 500 stakeholders.
Alice safeguards communicative technologies across the AI lifecycle, supporting frontier model labs, enterprises, and user-generated content platforms with solutions ranging from model hardening evaluations and pre-deployment red-teaming to runtime guardrails and drift detection.
