Salary: USD 253,000 - 336,000 / annual

The Senior Director of Global Product Marketing will lead Anduril's product marketing strategy across its expanding portfolio of products and capabilities. This leader will build systems that determine how products are positioned, translate technical differentiation into mission impact, bring capabilities to market across the US and allied nations, and reinforce product maturity and manufacturability.
The role covers the full product lifecycle, requiring the ability to know when to drive awareness, build demand, deepen adoption, or let products speak for themselves. Every claim must be precise, credible, and grounded in actual product capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning Anduril's global product narrative, positioning and messaging architecture in collaboration with Communications, ensuring coherent company-wide communication across divisions, products, markets and channels
- Building differentiated marketing approaches across the full product lifecycle
- Owning the product marketing component of go-to-market planning for priority products, programs and markets with clear success criteria tied to business outcomes
- Partnering with Strategic Growth, Business Development, and division leadership to define target audiences, competitive positioning, proof points and market entry strategies
- Equipping customer-facing teams with narratives, presentations, product materials, demonstrations and competitive intelligence
- Serving as primary product marketing partner to the Chief Business Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and other senior leaders
- Developing a global framework for marketing products to allied nations, adapting narratives to strategic, operational, cultural and lifecycle contexts
- Providing oversight of product marketing strategy for major U.S. and international defense trade shows
- Elevating and growing the talented product marketing team based on ambitious standards, low ego, consistent candor, disciplined systems, and extreme autonomy
The leader will work directly with division leaders and senior executives and collaborate across Business Divisions, Communications, Design and Strategic Growth teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years in product marketing, portfolio marketing, go-to-market strategy, product strategy or closely related field
- 7+ years leading and developing high-performing teams, including senior leaders and multidisciplinary organizations
- Demonstrated experience defining positioning and go-to-market strategy for technically complex products
- Track record of marketing products across the full lifecycle, from launch through scaled adoption
- Exceptional ability to turn complex technical capabilities into clear, credible narratives
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives, business unit leaders, product leaders and technical teams
- Strong strategic judgment; ability to distinguish consequential priorities from noise
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and drive decisions without relying on formal authority
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong operational and financial discipline, including experience managing meaningful budgets and proving measurable impact
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environment with ambiguity, incomplete information and high expectations
- Willingness to travel regularly within the United States and internationally
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in defense technology, aerospace, national security, enterprise technology, AI, robotics, autonomy or another deeply technical industry
- Experience developing product marketing strategies across multiple countries and regional markets
- Experience marketing an integrated portfolio combining hardware, software and services
- Experience supporting government customers, regulated markets or products with sensitive communications considerations
- Experience leading strategy for major industry events, product demonstrations or executive-level customer engagements
- Existing relationships across the defense, technology or national security ecosystem
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
