Gridware is a San Francisco-based climate tech company pioneering Active Grid Response (AGR) technology to protect and enhance electrical grid reliability and safety. The company operates as a full-stack organization, designing and manufacturing hardware, managing field installations across the US and Canada, and running 24/7 continuous monitoring services for utility customers.
As Senior Director of Full Stack Product, you will lead the company's product strategy and operations across all customer-facing offerings. You'll report directly to the COO/CPO and manage a growing team of approximately 10 people spanning software product, hardware product, product marketing, and design disciplines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing full-breadth product strategy across Gridware's hardware, software, data, and services offerings
- Steering product direction in close partnership with cross-functional leaders in hardware engineering, software development, field operations, AI/ML, and go-to-market teams
- Serving diverse customer profiles including utility dispatchers, asset engineers, wildfire mitigation leaders, regulators, utility executives, and field line crews
- Driving product decisions that enable high-consequence decision-making for grid safety and reliability
- Building on existing product-market fit and customer demand to scale the business
- Collaborating with the C-suite on strategic initiatives and growth planning
