This role operates at the intersection of financial strategy, corporate narrative, and market credibility, translating complex financial performance, capital allocation philosophy, and long-range corporate strategy into compelling stories for investors, analysts, employees, customers, and the broader market.
You will lead strategic communications initiatives including developing differentiated narratives around ServiceNow's financial performance and corporate strategy, advising on speaking strategy and venue selection, and managing a robust annual communications calendar aligned to earnings cycles and investor events. You'll craft high-quality executive-level work products including keynote scripts, speeches, op-eds, LinkedIn content, and video content that brings ServiceNow's financial strength to life.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary strategic communications advisor to the President and CFO, building a holistic 360-degree executive communications framework, establishing governance processes for content execution and publication, and measuring quarterly metrics on program performance and executive visibility. You will partner closely with investor relations, finance, strategy, and the global communications team to ensure message alignment across all audiences.
The role requires deep collaboration across functions including investor relations, public relations, content and thought leadership, social media, employee communications, FP&A, Legal, and Brand. You'll manage communications agencies and contractors, set high standards for strategic thinking and writing quality, and help build a culture of accountability and creativity within the function.

You should have demonstrated expertise in financial narrative, public market communications, multi-functional strategy execution, and executive thought leadership development.
