Delinea is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Security to lead and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity program. This critical leadership role reports directly to the CISO and oversees three functional teams: Security Architecture and Engineering (SAE), Security Operations (SOC), and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
You will be responsible for setting strategy and technical direction across Delinea's corporate networks, cloud applications, infrastructure, and data security. Key responsibilities include:
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to Enterprise Security program, directing managers of SAE, SOC, and IAM teams
• Set direction and hold team managers accountable for roadmaps, staffing, and performance
• Drive cross-functional strategy and prioritization across security functions
• Advise executive leadership on security-related business risks and communicate best practices across the organization
• Implement and maintain control standards aligned with compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Direct Security Architecture and Engineering to understand current-state architecture, define target-state roadmaps, conduct security reviews, anticipate threats, and partner with business units on security solutions
• Direct Security Operations to ensure proactive monitoring, oversee incident response, establish cyber resilience programs, assess enterprise response capabilities, and ensure companywide incident response readiness
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, customer-service oriented, and comfortable driving strategic, operational, and technical execution. You will communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, stay current with security standards and best practices, and establish Delinea as a leader in security architecture and execution.
