Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 / annual
Finix is a fintech operating system for payments processing, founded in 2015 and headquartered in San Francisco. The company processes tens of billions of dollars annually and has raised over $200M from top-tier investors including Acrew Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, American Express Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, and Visa.
You'll own Finix's paid digital marketing programs end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a seat at the revenue table.
Key responsibilities:
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, video, and remarketing with focus on pipeline and revenue impact
- Continuously test and experiment with new channels, ad formats, and messaging to find better approaches
- Write compelling direct response copy for ads and landing pages that convert
- Build and present clear performance narratives to the CEO and senior leadership
- Partner with Sales to align digital programs with the full customer lifecycle and maximize ROI
- Work with Content and Creative to develop targeted experiences across key customer segments
- Design and run A/B tests and segmentation strategies to systematically improve performance
- Manage budget and spend with Finance, keeping campaigns efficient and accountable
- Maintain and improve performance dashboards in partnership with Marketing and Revenue Ops
You'll join a collaborative marketing team and report directly to the marketing leader, partnering closely with the CEO on strategy and performance reviews. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Content/Creative teams.
Required experience:
- 5+ years managing B2B direct response digital marketing programs (SEM, paid social, remarketing, display/video)
- Proven ability to launch and scale PPC campaigns with clear ROI; hands-on experience with CPM, CPC, and CPA media buying
- Fluency in web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and CMS tools
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
- Strong data instincts and ability to communicate insights clearly to any audience
- Direct, open communicator who gives and receives feedback well
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Bonus qualifications: experience at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company, familiarity with revenue operations and attribution modeling, background in direct response or performance marketing copy.
