The Data DevOps team provides infrastructure and tooling for data engineering and analytics teams. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design of DevOps strategy and work cross-functionally to develop and evolve cloud infrastructure optimized for performance, scalability, and security to support 10x growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading DevOps strategy design and cloud infrastructure evolution across multiple countries
- Owning Data and AI infrastructure globally
- Developing observability and detection capabilities to reduce problem discovery time and improve stability
- Building consensus among DevOps engineers across geographies on tools, practices, and standards
- Working with data streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink, Spark, Databricks) and Kubernetes environments
You bring 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps. You have hands-on data streaming platform experience and proficiency in at least one programming language. A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required. You're a builder with founder-like energy, strong judgment, curiosity, and the ability to move fast while balancing speed with rigor. You collaborate well, turn ideas into products, and leverage AI to work smarter.
