SambaNova Systems is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate, AI Content & Community to make its next-generation AI infrastructure visible and compelling to AI builders worldwide. SambaNova's core technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit)—a chip built on dataflow architecture optimized for agentic workloads, model serving, and long-running applications—packaged into SambaRack for enterprise deployment.
This is a builder-and-influencer role combining hands-on development with technical credibility and reach. You will create polished agentic AI applications, reference demos, and developer workflows showcasing SambaCloud capabilities. You'll own the full demo lifecycle from concept through prototype, testing, documentation, recording, and live delivery. Your work will span code repositories, videos, livestreams, tutorials, blog posts, and social content across GitHub, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and developer communities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building agentic AI applications and reference demos that showcase developer possibilities
- Creating and maintaining a steady pipeline of demos from concept to reuse by field and community
- Producing original developer content in code, video, livestream, tutorial, and blog formats
- Serving as an authentic public voice for SambaNova across GitHub, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, meetups, hackathons, and conferences
- Developing relationships with developer influencers, open-source maintainers, and community leaders to extend reach and credibility
- Co-creating demos and technical content with ecosystem partners
- Translating inference, model serving, agent workflows, and platform capabilities into practical examples
- Converting product launches, integrations, and benchmarks into compelling developer stories
- Engaging directly with developers to gather feedback and surface friction points to Product and Engineering
- Partnering with Developer Relations, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Design, and Partner teams
- Measuring demo usage, developer activation, creator participation, social reach, and community growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developer advocacy, software engineering, technical content creation, developer marketing, or combination thereof
- Hands-on experience building with Python, APIs, large language models, and contemporary agent or orchestration frameworks
- Substantial public portfolio of working demos, repositories, tutorials, talks, videos, livestreams, or substantive social content
- Demonstrated ability to earn attention and engage technical audiences through developer communities and social platforms
- Strong on-camera, live presentation, writing, and technical storytelling skills
- Fluency in the AI developer ecosystem with genuine curiosity about models, agent patterns, tools, and infrastructure tradeoffs
- Ability to prototype quickly, troubleshoot live demos, learn in public, and respond constructively to technical feedback
- Comfort owning editorial and demo calendars and shipping consistently in fast-moving environments
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience creating agentic AI demos, multimodal applications, or production-oriented reference implementations
- Familiarity with OpenAI-compatible APIs, model evaluation, prompt caching, retrieval, tool use, and inference performance concepts
- Established network or engaged presence among AI developers, technical creators, open-source projects, or developer communities
- Track record of successful collaborations with developer influencers, technology partners, creators, or open-source maintainers
- Experience hosting workshops, hackathons, meetups, panels, livestreams, or conference sessions
- Video production or editing skills and instinct for adapting technical demos to multiple channels
