• Planning and executing across digital and offline channels (paid media, email, organic, webinars, direct mail) to drive global enterprise pipeline
• Translating product marketing messaging into clear campaign structures with defined target segments, intent signals, CTAs, channel mix, and success metrics
• Owning program briefs, asset requirements, and ongoing activity cadence; leading campaign kickoffs to ensure stakeholder alignment

• Developing and refining target account segmentation to identify and engage in-market accounts
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, and BDR teams to maintain feedback loops that improve conversion
• Tracking and analyzing performance across the full funnel (conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated/influenced) to understand what's working
• Reporting on program performance against goals, identifying wins and misses, and recommending next steps
• Using performance data to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, channel mix, and spend allocation
• Ensuring accurate attribution and campaign tracking from planning through reporting
The role requires working from the Boston office at least 3 days per week.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record of owning a pipeline number
• Experience building and running integrated, multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, organic, direct mail) for global enterprise audiences
• Hands-on experience with intent data and engagement signals to inform account prioritization and campaign timing
• Creative, results-focused approach to campaign development
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable independently analyzing campaign data and performance metrics
