Coursera (recently merged with Udemy) is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. This role leads complex deal structuring, improves quote-to-cash (QTC) operations, and drives scalable deal governance practices across the organization. Key responsibilities include providing strategic guidance on complex deal structures for software, services, and renewal transactions; advising on pricing and discounting strategy in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Accounting; and acting as a subject matter expert on order management processes. You will manage escalations for high-value or non-standard deals, collaborate with Finance, Legal, RevOps, and senior leadership, and serve as a liaison for Direct and Channel sales teams. On the operational side, you'll act as a QTC subject matter expert in system enhancement projects, UAT, and business process reengineering initiatives. You'll proactively identify recurring QTC issues and design scalable solutions, while driving documentation and process maturity across approval flows, Rules of Engagement, and quoting best practices. The role includes mentoring junior Deal Desk and Order Management team members, leading knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to the long-term vision and strategy for the Deal Desk function. You'll operate with high autonomy, exercise sound business judgment, and balance operational rigor with a customer-focused mindset. Coursera is a globally distributed team that combines intentional collaboration with remote flexibility. The company is a Delaware public benefit corporation and B Corp, focused on providing universal access to world-class learning and helping millions develop skills in high-demand fields like GenAI, data science, technology, and business.
