Robinhood is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support the Growth organization, with a focus on the premium subscription product, Robinhood Gold. This is a high-impact role where you will help answer foundational questions that shape product strategy and drive long-term growth.
You will design and analyze experiments to test new features, offers, and campaign strategies. Your work will involve analyzing customer behavior patterns to identify opportunities for improving Gold subscription targeting, retention, and messaging. You'll collaborate closely with partners across Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize initiatives and measure business impact clearly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Growth organization's focus on Gold subscriptions
- Designing and analyzing experiments to test features, offers, and campaign strategies
- Analyzing customer behavior to identify growth opportunities through improved targeting, retention, and messaging
- Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to prioritize initiatives and measure impact
You bring 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with proven experience as a Product Data Scientist or similar role partnering closely with product teams to shape strategy and roadmap decisions. You have strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling, experience designing experiments and interpreting results, and expertise with data visualization tools. Experience with subscription, recurring-revenue, or membership business models is a bonus.
The role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Robinhood emphasizes the value of in-person collaboration for accelerating progress and fostering innovation.
