Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.
As Senior Data Scientist for Product, you will translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations. You'll sit close to product, finance, GTM, and growth teams—most of whom are data-fluent and will collaborate directly with you in SQL and analytics work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, GTM, and Growth to define metrics, design experiments, and measure impact
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on high-impact business questions and proactively surface emerging insights
- Model data in dbt, pull new sources as needed, and collaborate with data engineering on scalable solutions
- Build dashboards and self-service reporting that empower the broader company
- Help shape data team standards, tooling, and ways of working as the organization scales
You'll have flexibility in focus area depending on your strengths and company needs: Product (instrumentation, A/B testing, feature adoption), Finance & RevOps (ARR, forecasting, unit economics), Growth & Marketing (attribution, lifecycle analytics), or GTM & Customer Success (pipeline analytics, retention drivers).
Required: Strong SQL and Python proficiency, solid data modelling expertise, excellent communication and data storytelling skills. Genuine depth in at least one area (analytics engineering, experimentation/causal inference, machine learning, or product analytics) with competence across the rest.
Nice to have: SaaS/B2B product experience, familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Hex, or Dagster, early-stage data hire background.
Legora values ownership over titles, direct feedback, and high standards. You should thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, be genuinely curious about business domains, and have the drive to build a $10bn company.
