Wildlife Studios, one of the world's largest mobile gaming companies, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Marketing Tech team in São Paulo. The role focuses on leveraging mathematical modeling and data science to optimize user acquisition and marketing efficiency across millions of players.
Key responsibilities include:
- Modeling player behavior at scale to inform deployment of millions of dollars in marketing spend
- Designing and improving performance measurement frameworks, including causal impact estimation and lifetime value calculations
- Building optimization tools for acquisition campaigns
- Developing experimentation capabilities to improve creative assets and marketing operations
- Creating data products and dashboards to support marketing decision-making
- Incorporating agentic AI into daily operations, building agents that monitor, diagnose, and act on campaigns
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques (causal inference, experimentation design, predictive modeling)
- Experience designing and developing data-intensive cloud applications using Spark, SQL, Python, Airflow, or similar technologies
- Proficiency with AI tools and agentic workflows (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and written English proficiency
