The Data Science team is central to this mission, embedded in cross-functional product squads alongside engineers, designers, product managers, and marketers.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your day-to-day work includes applying quantitative analysis and data mining to understand user behavior and inform product strategy. You'll guide product teams in measuring what matters, designing and running A/B experiments to continuously improve the platform. You'll collaborate with the finance team to build a unified understanding of user lifetime value and how product features impact profitability. You'll also work closely with engineers to ensure the right data is collected for relevant business insights.

Self-serve analytics through Looker empowers the broader business, freeing data scientists to focus on high-impact strategic questions.
