In this Senior Data Scientist role, you will be a core member of a small, high-impact team working on sophisticated data products that drive business results. Your responsibilities include: - Partner with the Marketing team to develop advanced bidding and targeting methodologies across Paid Search, Retargeting, and Email campaigns - Build and deploy machine learning models to personalize insurance product rankings and improve user experience - Identify conversion optimization opportunities, design and run experiments, and develop predictive models with measurable business impact - Take ownership of clarifying business problems, identifying data-driven solutions, and implementing them end-to-end You will need 4+ years of relevant data science or machine learning experience, with a proven track record of building ML models that deliver clear business value. Strong technical skills are essential: proficiency in Python (numpy, pandas, sklearn) and SQL, with the ability to move quickly in a startup environment. You should have a graduate degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, strong quantitative and programming skills paired with product thinking, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate combines curiosity about data patterns and causality with an interactive, collaborative approach to delivering data products in a fast-paced setting.
