Key responsibilities include improving dynamic driver incentives to enhance service reliability, optimizing pricing to balance revenue with customer demand and driver earnings, analyzing driver behavior patterns to predict trip completion likelihood, and developing real-time decision systems that operate within milliseconds to dispatch drivers and manage order fulfillment.
The team operates sophisticated real-time engines powering millions of daily orders across Gojek's on-demand services. You'll leverage rich datasets, strong cross-functional partnerships, and modern MLOps infrastructure to build and deploy impactful solutions efficiently. Within your first six months, you'll contribute directly to improving driver incentive schemes that affect millions of users and drivers.
This role requires expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and experimentation design. You'll work on problems spanning incentive optimization, dynamic pricing, behavioral prediction, and real-time decision-making.
