As a Senior Data Scientist focused on Agentic Solutions, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and scaling AI agents that power enterprise customer experience automation. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing machine learning models that enhance agent decision-making, analyzing agent performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced analytics into the platform.
You will work with large-scale customer interaction data to improve agent accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and a strong understanding of agentic AI systems. You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, building predictive models, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
