Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst to join the Data Product Quality team. The role is central to Komodo's mission of reducing the global burden of disease through smarter use of data. You will be responsible for defining, building, monitoring, and improving the quality of Komodo's data products, which power the Healthcare Map—the industry's largest and most complete view of the U.S. healthcare system.
In this role, you will triage and resolve tangible data quality issues, performing complex data analysis to assess completeness, consistency, and accuracy of data products. You'll design and maintain data quality assurance processes, manage daily data issue resolution workflows, and support the customer issue resolution process. You'll work closely with customer-facing teams to reconcile client requirements with Komodo's data quality capabilities, and partner with Engineering to identify and resolve data product bugs that surface in customer use cases.
Key responsibilities include implementing operational workflows that support end-to-end data quality, becoming an expert with Komodo's healthcare datasets (especially claims, EHR, and lab data), and improving data quality monitoring for incoming source data.
You bring fluency with healthcare data, a keenly analytical mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems with limited supervision. You're proficient in SQL and relational databases and/or Python scripting, comfortable with version control systems like Git/GitHub, and have experience testing data within data warehouses, ODS, or analytics databases. You work well both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environments. You're expected to leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Experience with AI agentic workflows is a plus.
