As Senior Data Protection Analyst, you will report to the Group Data Protection Officer within Legal and Compliance, playing a critical role in building trust with customers, partners, and employees by ensuring personal data protection and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate organization-wide data inventory and mapping using OneTrust platform
- Conduct privacy risk reviews for new technologies, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)
- Support end-to-end workflows for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), erasure requests, and regulatory rights requests
- Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) to reflect changes in data processing and systems
- Review vendor data protection practices and support contract processes for third-party compliance
- Investigate and mitigate personal data incidents or breaches, tracking remedial actions
- Deliver actionable data protection advice to business units aligned with regulatory requirements
You will need 3+ years of professional experience advising on data protection and privacy, ideally in international cross-border payments. Essential skills include OneTrust platform proficiency, exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and CIPPE or equivalent training. Strong understanding of global data protection legislation, international data transfer requirements, and cross-border payment landscapes is essential.
