Satori Analytics is a fast-growing scale-up of 100+ tech specialists delivering innovative data and AI solutions across industries including FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and financial services. The company operates cloud-based ecosystems and predictive models serving global brands, with a focus on the data lifecycle from ingestion through AI applications. You will design, build, and operate scalable data platforms powering a global payments and financial-services leader's marketing services products. Your work will enable campaign measurement, customer insights, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives by partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to solve complex data challenges at enterprise scale. Key responsibilities include: designing and deploying scalable batch, streaming, and real-time data pipelines for business-critical marketing products and analytics workloads; developing reusable frameworks and services for ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and delivery across data lake, warehouse, and lakehouse solutions; leading platform scalability, performance, reliability, and resiliency initiatives; strengthening data quality, observability, governance, security, and lineage; driving cloud migration and modernization toward cloud-native architectures; providing trusted data foundations for advanced analytics, reporting, AI/ML, experimentation, and customer insights; establishing engineering best practices, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code; and contributing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and shaping architectural decisions. Required expertise: extensive experience designing scalable data platforms and distributed data-processing solutions; strong proficiency with modern data engineering technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop ecosystem, cloud-native services); fluency in Python, Java, Scala, or SQL; deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, data architecture, and lifecycle management; hands-on cloud platform experience (Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP); solid grasp of data governance, security, privacy, lineage, and compliance; CI/CD and DevOps automation skills; strong problem-solving for distributed systems; and experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers. Bonus qualifications include marketing/campaign/customer-insights domain experience, real-time streaming at enterprise scale, exposure to Generative AI or AI-assisted workflows, and advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
