As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution with high independence and impact. You'll solve high-velocity, high-impact analytics problems and scale the business using data. Key responsibilities include: - Work on a mix of analytics engineering, business analytics, and data science using SQL and Python - Build scalable data infrastructure that solves real business problems - Operate and improve data products to serve evolving business needs - Refactor data systems to scale with increased volume and new requirements - Build new data pipelines to support tracking of new business initiatives - Champion adoption of new tools and systems to improve team processes - Improve prediction accuracy of customer acquisition machine-learning bidding algorithms - Perform customer segmentation analysis to discover product improvement opportunities - Improve alerting systems to help triage data quality issues at scale Required qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience in Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Data Analysis roles - Expertise in SQL with real-world application - Exposure to data warehousing and ETL concepts - Strong quantitative and programming skills in Python (preferred), R, Rust, Go, Ruby, or C++ - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related technical field - Quick learning ability and startup hustle mentality - Positive team player with strong work ethic and ability to pivot between projects The role offers employee stock options, 25 days annual leave, enhanced medical/dental/vision insurance, yearly wellbeing budget, personal learning budget, and a hybrid work arrangement in Sofia.
