Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries and reaching 300+ million people monthly. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences.
You'll join the User Operations team within User Support, specifically the Data function focused on continuous improvement and translating data into concrete business initiatives. This is a hybrid project manager and data analyst role—not a "build dashboards and move on" position, but one where you'll construct data infrastructure (dashboards, reporting, automations) and translate insights into actionable business decisions for management.
Your projects will span diverse stakeholders: providing user support with operating metrics, giving event partners visibility into performance, and supporting app development that shapes user experience.
You'll spend 70% of your time on analytics work: building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Metabase or Looker, scripting and automation, and leveraging 2–4 years of prior data/analytics experience (analyst, data PM, BI, ops analytics roles). The remaining 30% focuses on project management and structure: running projects end-to-end, organizing and prioritizing workload, proactively improving inefficient processes, and communicating across technical (central Data team) and non-technical (support ops) stakeholders.
The role is expected to evolve into managing a team member over time, though prior people-management experience is not required. You should demonstrate early signs of enjoying explaining concepts to others and helping people grow.
Requirements: 2–4 years in data/analytics (Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus); proficiency with dashboard tools; scripting/automation skills; full professional fluency in English and Spanish; and willingness to be based in Madrid.
