GetYourGuide is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with the RevOps and Sales organization, enabling data-driven decision-making across the full revenue funnel. You will work on complex analytical challenges including pipeline health quantification, sales forecasting, territory and quota design, and performance tracking. Your insights will guide sales planning and execution cycles, helping leaders and reps make sharper, faster decisions.
Key responsibilities include developing quantitative analyses to drive sales strategy and forecasting decisions; collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leadership to understand the end-to-end revenue cycle; designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and KPIs for territory planning and quota setting; and contributing to a learning culture through hypothesis-driven testing of sales plays and incentives. You will answer strategic questions about what drives sales performance and customer conversion, serving as a thought partner to Sales and Revenue leadership.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or data science roles; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership; strong SQL and Python proficiency; deep experience with sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting analysis (ideally Salesforce); strong statistical background with advanced methods (cohort analysis, forecasting models, causal inference, quasi-experimentation); ability to translate customer and rep behavior into actionable insights; and a practical, solution-oriented mindset focused on revenue impact.
Desirable experience includes CRM systems (Salesforce) and large-scale sales/event data processing; sales forecasting models or compensation/incentive design; data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks); revenue attribution and financial modeling; and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
