Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Digital Manufacturing team. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing operations through advanced digital solutions and data-driven decision-making.
You will partner with manufacturing leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis of manufacturing data (production metrics, process flow, resource utilization) to identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives, and monitoring industry trends and best practices.
You will lead lean manufacturing, kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production processes, implement and refine manufacturing KPIs, provide strategic input on capacity planning and workforce management, and support new product development from a manufacturing perspective. You'll create comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and communicate complex analytical findings to leadership.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years in manufacturing strategy or analysis roles with proven track record of driving results. Strong proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (Python, TypeScript, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, VBA). Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
