Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences. You'll join the Marketing & Growth team as a Senior Data Analyst, serving as the analytical backbone for the Secret Media Network initiative. This is a hands-on role blending data engineering, business analysis, and AI-powered automation—you won't just report metrics, you'll actively shape business decisions and build tools that accelerate analysis. Key responsibilities include: **Data Infrastructure & Reporting:** Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards that power team reporting. Establish consistent metric definitions across the organization to ensure aligned measurement of success. **Business Analytics & Experimentation:** Design and run A/B tests to identify performance drivers across content formats and platform features. Proactively surface growth opportunities through data exploration, translating findings into clear business recommendations. **Data Foundations & Governance:** Architect data pipelines and definitions that prevent issues before they occur. Set and enforce standards for data quality, documentation, and access, enabling the team to confidently self-serve data. **AI & Automation:** Leverage AI tools to scale analysis—automating recurring reports and building AI-assisted workflows that surface insights. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and stay current on emerging analytics tooling. **Cross-Functional Support:** Act as the go-to data partner for different functions, translating business questions into reliable answers and presenting findings in ways non-technical stakeholders can act on. You'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM field. Required: 3–5 years in a Data Analyst, Analytics, or Business Intelligence role in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. Strong SQL skills, hands-on experience with modern data stacks (dbt, cloud data warehouses), and dashboard tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau). Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate analytics work. A/B testing and experimentation design experience is a strong plus. You're curious, business-minded, and comfortable with ambiguity.
