As Senior Data Analyst, you'll be the dedicated analytics partner for Customer Success and Operations teams—the groups delivering permits daily. You'll work closely with senior leaders to understand their strategic roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, and define success metrics that shape how the company scales.
Key responsibilities include: owning analytics for CS and Ops; triaging and prioritizing data requests to focus on high-impact initiatives; building self-serve dashboards and reports that answer recurring questions; collaborating with Analytics Engineering on dbt models and data warehouse queries; and translating ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks and PRDs.
You'll need 3–5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making roles. Strong SQL proficiency (CTEs, window functions) is essential, along with hands-on experience in BI tools (Omni preferred) and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake). You should be comfortable writing and testing dbt models, using LLM tools (Claude, Cursor) to accelerate SQL and reporting, and asking clarifying questions before diving into analysis. Bonus experience includes Salesforce data, CS/Ops team support, and modernizing legacy reporting systems.
