Okta is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and accelerate business growth. Key responsibilities include designing and building insightful dashboards and reports in Tableau to track product metrics and KPIs; utilizing Snowflake and dbt to construct and maintain scalable data models and pipelines; conducting in-depth product analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities; writing complex SQL queries and Python scripts for advanced analysis; and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights for informed decision-making. You will proactively explore new applications of AI and machine learning to enhance analytical capabilities and unlock novel insights. Strong communication skills are essential to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required qualifications: 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on product analytics; expert-level SQL proficiency; strong experience with Tableau for data visualization; hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt; strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; proactive and curious approach to learning new technologies, especially AI; and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
